The first two chapters contain details about the singles "Ticket To Ride"/"Yes It Is" and "Help!"/"I'm Down".
In the colour section there are photographs of elusive picture sleeves from all over the world and of singles which were not released in the U.K., such as "Dizzy Miss Lizzy", "The Night Before", "I Need You", "Act Naturally" and "Yesterday".

This book deals with the recording of the Help! L.P. and soundtrack. All songs are discussed in detail, one at a time, in the order in which they were recorded. The book describes all the various takes and what has happened to them. Which ones have been released officially and illegally on various bootlegs. It also contains detailed discographies from Great Britain, U.S.A., Japan and Holland as well as the various reissues and how they can be recognized!!

In the 32-page colour photograph section you will find numerous variations of the Help! L.P. cover and posters from all around the world!

Plus it includes a day by day account of the beatles' activities on and off the Help! film set!!
