Chapter one discusses the recording sessions for the single "Paperback Writer"/"Rain" - the discographies and where it was performed 'live'.

The next chapter is about the recording sessions for the second single "Yellow Submarine"/"Eleanor Rigby", including solo renditions of "Yellow Submarine" and full discographies.

There are 32 pages of photographs in glorious colour, depicting picture sleeves, album covers and other rare items from all over the world!! Details about singles not released in the U.K. such as "Got To Get You Into My Life".

Chapter three deals with the recording of the Revolver L.P., song by song as it was put together. The stories behind the songs, what the beatles themselves had to say about it. The recording data, the deviating versions and what has appeared on bootleg.

It also contains detailed discographies from Great Britain, U.S.A., Japan and Holland as well as the various reissues and how they can be recognized!!
There is also a list of strange and unusual releases from all over the world.

Chapter 4 deals with the history of the Revolver bootlegs, from the early vinyls to the sophisticated c.d.'s. All the best ones are discussed in great detail.
