Apple Records in the U.K. plan to re-issue the Apple album back catalogue on C.D. and vinyl as from 28th October 1991. The first releases are planned to be the four albums featuring these tracks as listed below. To promote this effort, this E.P. appears the week before on C.D. single and on this 7" vinyl E.P.
The first four albums are in fact delayed until 11th November 1991.

All tracks were digitally mastered by Ron Furmanek at Abbey Road in February 1991.

Side 1 Track 1 - "Those Were The Days"
Released as a single with catalogue number Apple 2, this track was taken from the album "Post Card".

Side 1 Track 2 - "That's The Way God Planned It"
Released as a single with catalogue number Apple 12, this track was taken from the album of the same name.

Side 2 Track 1 - "Sour Milk Sea"
Released as a single with catalogue number Apple 3, this track was taken from the album "Is This What You Want".

Side 2 Track 2 - "Come And Get It"
Released as a single with catalogue number Apple 20, this track was taken from the album "Magic Christian Music".
