Paul's thirty-first solo single.
Credited to "Paul McCartney" - although the sleeve credits the B-side as a duet with Carl Perkins (the record label does not).
Another single lifted from the album as it finally left the Top 30, but the single fared badly, and did not produce any further resurgence of album sales.
The A-side was remixed for release as a single, removing the audio-verite and creating a clean fade.
"Get It" had it's cross fade from "Be What You See" removed.
The pressing comes with a Silver/black Parlophone label.
The "All rights of the manufacturer" message around the edge of the label ends with "EMI Records Ltd."
There was no 12" release of this single.
The single was released in a picture sleeve designed by MTI London with a picture of Paul by Linda, and with the standard Parlophone labelling.
