Liverpool 1962
22nd August 1962 - The Beatles 126th lunchtime performance at the Cavern Club.
The first time that TV cameras filmed them performing, a crew from Granada TV for the Know The North programme.
Stockholm 1963
30th October 1963 - Despite having completed their concert tour of Sweden the night before,
The Beatles returned to Stockholm to record an appearance on the Sveriges Television show Drop In.
The recording took place in front of a studio audience at the Arenateatern in Stockholm's Gröna Lund amusement park.
Washington 1964
Tuesday 11th February 1964 - Washington Coliseum.
The Beatles first U.S. concert was watched by 8,092 people.
They took to the stage at 8:31 p.m. and performed 12 songs.
Luckily, Brian Epstein had allowed CBS to film this performance.
Indianapolis 1964
Thursday 3rd September 1964 - State Fair Coliseum, Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Beatles performed two shows on this day watched by a total of 29,337 people.
The first show began at 6:21 and had 12,413 attending, after which they held a press conference.
16,924 watched the second show.
New York 1965
15th October 1965 - Shea Stadium, New York
55,600 people attended the concert, the largest Beatles concert up to that time.
The full footage is a fifty-minute long documentary first aired on the BBC 1st March 1966.
Tokyo 1966
1st July 1966 - Budokan Arena, Tokyo.
The Beatles played the first of five concerts at the Budokan on 30th June 1966.
The support acts were all local artists.
The shows were sponsored by the Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun and promoted by the Kyodo agency.
The 1st show on 1st July, when they wore Hung On You designed grey suits with thin orange stripes was filmed in colour by Nippon TV.

No booklet, just an inlay card with dates and brief detail (as seen below) of the relevant concerts.
