Credited to Ringo Starr

The album sleeve was designed by Roy Kohara, with the photography by Emerson/Loew with the photo special effects by Daniel Catherine. The inner sleeve (pictured above) includes the song lyrics on one side with sets of contact prints of Ringo on the other from a couple of rolls of film.
The record label has a red Apple on both A and B-sides, perhaps symbolic of the FINAL apple album.
In the run-out groove of side 1, one can see "BLAIR S" has been scratched.
